The service
Cup to Origen operates small-group, two-day specialty-coffee experiences based in Bogotá, Colombia. A reservation covers the programming described on the departure page: guided activities, listed tastings and meals, Day 1 ground transportation from the stated meeting point, and the roast-development workshop.
Flights, accommodation, airport transfers, travel insurance, and transportation to the Day 2 meeting point are not included.
Reservations and payment
Submitting a booking request does not charge you and does not yet hold seats. Seats are held once payment is confirmed through the payment link we send. Prices are stated per departure in USD and, where shown, COP.
Cancellation and refunds
PLACEHOLDER: cancellation windows and refund percentages pending the operator's final policy and legal review. The published policy will cover: guest cancellations by date range, transfers to other departures, the minimum-group rule (full refund or transfer if a departure does not reach four guests), and operator-initiated cancellations for safety or force majeure (full refund or rebooking).
Assumption of risk
PLACEHOLDER: activity waiver pending legal review. The experience includes travel by road, walking on uneven farm terrain, and proximity to working processing and roasting equipment. Guests must follow host and producer safety instructions at all times.
Photography
Photo consent is opt-in and separate from these terms. Declining photos never affects participation.
