What we collect
Booking details (names, contact information, country, language), and, solely to run your departure safely, dietary restrictions, accessibility notes, and an emergency contact.
How we use it
To operate your departure, communicate logistics, and meet safety and dietary needs. Marketing email is sent only with your explicit, unchecked-by-default consent and every message includes an unsubscribe link.
Retention and deletion
Emergency contacts and health-adjacent notes (dietary, accessibility) are restricted to the operating team and deleted on a documented schedule after your departure ends. Booking records are retained as required for accounting and legal obligations.
Analytics
Site analytics are aggregate and event-based. We never send names, emails, phone numbers, dietary or accessibility information, emergency contacts, or payment details to analytics providers.
